David Perez – Principal

Over 30 years experience in the construction industry, primarily in the specialized area of structural concrete construction
Awarded teaching credentials from California Community College in 1978
Received general contractor’s license in 1980, providing commercial construction services and self-performing all structural and site concrete and masonry work
Established D.F. Perez Construction in 1980 and incorporated the company in 1996.

Alex Perez – General Superintendent and Safety Manager

Cast-in-place structural concrete superintendent with over 35 years of on-site experience
Carpentry Apprenticeship – 1976-1980
Extensive experience managing multiple trades in addition to concrete
National Ready Mix Concrete Association- Pervious Concrete Certification
Multiple OSHA Excavation & Construction Safety Classes

Jose Cardenas – Estimator, Project Manager
